Why did I not receive the test email

    I input my email address as recipient but when I send a test, I get the message "Test Email sent to: __________"  My email address is not there and I don't get the test.

    I have checked the email address you're using in your form and I can see it is not in our bounce list, an email address in our bounce list is the main reason why emails are not being sent. 

    Please do note that when you use the "Test Email" button in the email wizard it will send the email to the addresses set in the account, the email will not be sent to the email addresses you have set as recipients. 

    I have also tested your email address and found that emails are being sent, please check the email history in your account by following the steps on this guide: How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

    Please also check your spam and junk folders, emails should be there, I would also suggest you to ask your email provider to white-list our IP addresses, here is the link with our info to white-list: Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
