How to use the print form function.

I've when i fill the form out and press the print form button, i get a print window but there is no text from the form. How do I properly set up the pirnt form function.

I have checked your JotForm and I see that there is no Print button on it. The print button is intended to print the form after filling it up and before submitting the form.
