Hoping to recover a deleted Custom PDF

    Hi Jot-People,

    I put a few hours into making a custom PDF report that is attached to the email notifications that are sent upon form submission.  Much to my dismay, I accidentally DELETED the custom PDF.  Never even received a confirmation message....Boom, it was gone!

    Is there any way you can recover this Custom PDF Report?  If it's easy to do, that would be a lifesaver, and I promise, I won't let it happen again!  Screenshot of the form is attached to this message.

    I'm assuming that you have customized a PDF report and lost all the modifications. There is an undo button on top of the custom PDF report. Unfortunately, it only records the changes made in the particular session. If you have close the customize PDF window, it will not retain the modifications. 

    At this point the only thing would be to modify the PDF again from the start. Sorry for the inconvenience.
