Bullet points are randomly appearing in my form that do not show in the builder. I did not place them there.

Bullet points are appearing on my form when live, previewed, or embedded. Justification is also erratic. 

Apologies for the inconvenience. I checked your form but I did not see any bullet points at this time.

I also cloned your form to check to replicate the issue, but I did not encounter any issues there as well. As of now, it appears that the issue has been resolved. I understand that you have the form embedded on a website. Can you please share with us the URL of the embedded form so we may also check the issue there? I will wait for your response.
