Why is my form disabled?

I just created a first JotForm and when i went to post it on my weebly website it said the form was disabled. I need this form as it is a key part of the site. Please assist me soon. Thank you.

It appears that your account was autosuspended by our phishing detector, which is why your forms are disabled. However, I checked the forms on your account and they do not seem to violate jotform's terms. I have now removed the suspension on your account. You should be able to view your forms without any issue. Regards.
