We have an account with email id email@example.com. Account has been disabled as we reached the monthly limit of submissions.
Kindly let us know on which date our account will be activated again for next month of submissions.

I checked your account editorialira and it appears to be active. Your account is not disabled at this time. I would like to inform you that the monthly submission counter will reset every first day of the next month. And since it is the first day of July, your submission limit counter is now back to 0 out of 100 submissions. You should be able to use your forms without any issues. Regards.
