JotForm EU: Safe Harbor replaced by Privacy Shield

following the BBC News (http://www.bbc.com/news/technology-36619416) there is an agreement between US and EU. Your privacy policy mentioned still Safe Harbor (4.), which is a problem for EU-Sites who have to declare what happens to any user data transferred to your service. 

Since Safe Harbor is over please change your Privacy Policy (for EU users) to Privacy Shield.

Thank you for letting us know this, I will forward this thread to our higher ups so they will take the needed actions here. 

Meanwhile there's a list at https://www.privacyshield.gov/list - but cannot found JotForm there. Please fix this because european companies can get into serious trouble if they submit data to a company in US which is not listet at https://www.privacyshield.gov/list!
