It would appear that on the new paypal wizard that the option to limit the number of payments has disappeared? How can I now set this up? On previous forms that I set up is the number of payments limit still set up?

What is the form you are working on? The forms that are already setup will not lose that functionality even though it is not showing in the new UI.

Meanwhile, you can set it up in new forms by loading with the old UI. Once on the edit mode of your form, append "?&old" at the end of the URL:
