delete upload files

I deleted all my submissions with included data, but if i open an older link, i can download the old uploaded data! My upload folder is completely free. But i can use the old links from the submission-responds and can download the files! It seems that they are not delete. How can I delete these files safe?

I checked your form and there are not currently any files uploads associated with it.  If you can provide a link to the files that you would like removed, we can fully remove them from our end.  However, it does look like your submission uploads have already been removed.
