I checked your website and noticed the same error, I can see you used the Wordpress embed method, could you please try embedding the form using the default embed method?

Here is a guide that will help you to get the default code (JavaScript): Adding-a-form-to-a-web-page

If it still does not work, please do let us know and do not remove the default code, we will be glad to check it and find why it cannot be submitted.

    Embed script does not work

    I copy <script type = "text / javascript" src = "https://form.jotformeu.com/jsform/61824280311346"> </ script> in the wordpress text section.

updating the page, the text disappears and remains the blank page

The iframe method should work. Please try the following iframe codes (without the script tags):

    <iframe id="JotFormIFrame" allowtransparency="true" src="https://form.jotformeu.com/61824280311346" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:940px; border:none;" scrolling="no"> </iframe>

If not, please try using our Embed Form plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/embed-form/
