All my forms are deactivated again

    Hello,

    All my forms have been disabled again from being reactivated less than 12 hours ago. I have not changed any fields or content that would suggest phishing or abusing Jot Form Terms and Conditions . The only thing I have added in the last hour or so since my account was reactivated was  Captcha fields.

    Please advise. Is there a way to stop this from occurring again upon concluding I am in fact in line properly with Terms and Conditions.  Thank you

    I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you. I have checked your account and verified that it is auto-suspended. Please be advised that we have an anti-phishing system that reviews every form on every account 24/7. When a form is suspected of any phishing activity it will put the account on temporary suspension status. However, I have reviewed the forms on your account and have not seen anything suspicious. I have reactivated your account and everything should work now.
