Lost user/pass need reset sent to account owner

    I set up an account for a client and have either lost or misplaced their username and password. I have the Jotform script on their site but can't edit it because I can't log in as them. I don't expect you to just believe me <smile> but could you please send a password reset to the account owner whose script is:

    Thanks - I usually keep MUCH better records than this and apologize for the problem. Thanks for your help.

    Please check your email and follow the instructions.

    Can you tell me the beginning of the email address it was sent to - or any part of the email address? I can't believe I've totally lost this one. (This would need to go to my email and not to the account owner, just enough to identify them to tell them to fwd the email to me.
