    Wrong form on Facebook page

    When I choose a form to display on the Facebook tab, it shows the wrong form.

    How can I sort this out?

    You can embed forms to your Facebook page by following this guide:

    Can you please provide us with a link to the Facebook page where you are trying to embed the form, so we can take a closer look if there is anything wrong on the page itself?

    Please also let us know which form it is you are trying to embed, and which form seems to be showing there instead.

    Perhaps the problems is that I had another jotform account linked to this FB page before?

    I am able to see currently on your Facebook page, the JotForm ID: "53095860095966" is integrated. The Form id :53095860095966" is created by the user "jukigo". And currently it is showing the status of the user "jukigo" as "Deleted". 

    I would suggest, please remove or disable that old JotForm from the Facebook page, and then try again.

    If you still face issue, please feel free to revert back.

    I have removed and disabled that form from the Facebook Page. Also the jukigo jotform account is now deleted.

    Other than deleting the jotform app from the FB page, which I have done many times, is there something else that needs to be done?

    Basically, the FB page doesn't seem able to "forget" the first Jotform account that it was connected to.

    I have cleared your Form CACHE. But might be possible it is the CACHE issue of Facebook. I would request you, can you please try to create a new tab on your Facebook Page, and then embed your new Form on that new tab. 

    You can create a tab on your Facebook page according to the guide mentioned in below URL:

    Also please confirm, have you already tried to remove old custom tab from Facebook page. Below is the article, how you can remove the Custom tab from Facebook page:

    I can confirm that I have removed the tab - then re-integrated with the desired Jotform form and account. It must be a problem on the FB end.

    I have cleared the CACHE again, and deleted your old Form: 53095860095966

    Now the old Form has been removed from your Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/bridgerjonesdotcom/app/684336108254110/

    So please try to integrate your new form again, and now hopefully it will successfully integrate.
