Form unavailable

I have finished editing a form but when I try to preview it (and when I put it into my site) it says the form is not available.

How do I make it available?

I've checked your forms and it is working fine. I was able to open all your forms. Normally, this error appears when the form is disabled or there is a limit applied on the form.

By the way, I noticed that you have fields that are asking for credit card information. This is not allowed in JotForm. This violates our terms of use. Your account might get suspended if you don't remove this immediately.

If you need to collect payments from the user, then you need to use one of our payment processors.
