Inquiring about free plan submission limit

I received a notice hat I reached my payment limit for June (in late June).  No one else tried to submit a payment the rest of June.  I received an e-mail saying that my forms were disabled.   Will my forms be reinstated fro July, so that I get my free 10 submissions?   Also, I know I will have some months in the fall where I will have about 15-30 submissions, can I buy the Bronze (up to 1,000 submissions/month) just on a monthly basis.  For example, can I buy it for month or two and then go back to my free 10 submissions per month?

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription whenever you want. I checked your account and I can see that the counter resets back to 0. It is currently active and working properly.
