How can I drop one product from the chart (payment wizard) not the entire box?

I want to delete one line (Early Registration) that expired yesterday.  I tried several possible ways to remove it without success.

Finally I got all figured it out.  Whew..  have a great day.

I assume you fixed it by opening again the payment tool configuration wizard and removed an item in the product list of your form https://www.jotformpro.com/form/40325671599967

Please take note that when you removed/delete an item in the payment tool, the existing payemnt submissions that have that item will be gone also.

Pleaes be careful in deleting the items/product to avoid losing important data. Make sure you at least downloaded the submission data so that you have a backup copy.

A better solution would have been to just disable that item/product so that the form user will not be able to select it anymore in the payment form. 

If the item is just disabled and still in the payment form, the submission data will still be there.

When you are in your form submissioon panel, you should be able to see the option to download the submission data.
