Form's Title: It is displaying HTML code instead of the form's title.

There is a quote (") and less than (>) in the form.    Top left side.

Seems like there is an issue, that quote (") and less than (>) that you're seeing in the form is part of the HTML code set in the browser's tab title.

Although I think this may be fixed by renaming the form, I mean, just adding a space or another letter and remove it after, I will escalate this issue to our second level so our developers will investigate what it is happening and they will resolve it.

We will let you know via this thread as soon as we get so¡me news about it.
