Can I add 2 forms to my facebook page?

Hi, I added a form to my facebook fanpage and when I want to add another one, my page doesn't appears anymore.

I presume you're following this guide Adding-a-form-to-your-Facebook-page

And you're adding the form to your Facebook page from the publish wizard, if so, then you should be able to add your form since you're creating a new tab. 

If you're trying to embed the form in the same tab then this will not be possible, I have also found a link with info about tabs and apps in Facebook so you can take a look there: https://www.facebook.com/help/371634529571035/ 

But, please provide us more details about the issue you're experiencing, if possible share us a screenshot, it would be helpful, here is a guide that will help you to attach the image in your reply: How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-in-support-forum
