Why are all my forms disabled? I clicked on the link but it says FORM not found and it is disabled??

Your account was auto-suspended by our phishing detector tool. I checked your forms and I saw that you have fields that are asking for card holder's name and card type. You are not allowed to collect credit card information here in JotForm.
I can see that your account is now active. However, it might get suspended again if you'll not remove the guilty fields. If you need to collect payments from the users, please use the available payment processors instead.
