Form views via URL

So I have two questions in response to the reply from my original question which I am attaching  

1.Am I able to set privacy controls aka block URL views outside of my website . 

2. Can people outside of my website find my form by URL, and if so , how? 

I ask because the form analytics suggest that this is so due to the IP locations not being my own , and I am the only one who can access my forms , at least I thought so .
