When the email is sent with the form to our support team, they are going into the SPAM folder in our Outlook Mail.
This did NOT happen until the 23rd of this month.
What can i do to stop this?

Anti-spam filters change the way it acts from time to time on emails that they receive. What you can do is add the sender address to your address book as it may help the email sender to be recognized by your Outlook as trusted. You can also try using firstname.lastname@example.org as sender address and also add the same email address to your address book. One more thing to add is make sure you have moved all emails from the spam folder to your inbox.
Please take note that all these are not guaranteed to give immediate results, but if in any case this should help or teach your anti-spam filter to recognize that such emails are safe.
