I have not received any email responses from my most recent form. I downloaded the EXCEL but the responses should have come to me by email. I tried deleting my email and re-entering it several times and then I sent test emails I received nothing!

I checked our mail logs and it does seem that the previous email notifications did fail to send. However, it also appears that the most recent email notifications are now sent successfully. You can also check these on your account by following this guide: How to View All Your Form Email History.
Since the emails are now being sent, it appears that the issue has been resolved. Can you please confirm on your end if you have received these emails? If the issue still persists, please let us know so we can check it further. Regards.
