Can I use data provided in one form to auto-populate or customize questions / fields in follow up forms?

    Hello!

    1. Conditional Branching: I am looking to send weekly surveys to my users. The questions / fields provided in each passing week will build off of user's answers to previous forms. Does Jotform allow for conditional branching across multiple forms??

    2. File Upload: If I ask my users to upload photos to me, is there a way to identify which user submitted which image? How are the image files presented in my Jotform account versus imported into Dropbox / Google Drive via Zapier?

    Thanks!

If you want to pass value/pre-populate to your other form, you can follow the instructions provided in this guide: How to Automatically Pass Form Data to Another Form. If this is not what you are looking for, can you provide us more details regarding your requirement about conditional branching so we can further check?
