I keep getting this error even after following your instructions to the T.
Invalid application credentials. Please contact form owner.

I have tested your form and it's working, I was redirected to Dwolla login/payment page:
I think you've figured this out already. Please let us know if the issue persists and how to replicate it. OR, is it an issue to your Dwolla account?
