Why can I only chose one filter in my report?

In Visual report builder I have no filter-options to chose between in my reports. Only "Data range" is showing up, and not "Question and answers" and i guess that is why my visual reports only shows results from the first question and not all the others.

    Best regards

I assume you have followed the user guide: -How-To-Use-Visual-Report-Filters

As mentioned on the user guide...

There are 3 types of filters available for you to use:

    1. Date Filters - Include/exclude responses based on the date they are received.

    2. Question and Answer Filters(Coming soon).

    3. Submission Filters(Coming soon).

So as of now, now you can only use date range filter. I am checking this, and once will get further updates, I will update.

    Thanks

Thanks for your reply. But how can it be, that Visual reports only make diagrams of the first two questions in my survey and not all the other ones? Who do I acces them?
    Best wishes
    Tom

When a visual report is generated, it will be taking 2 fields by default. If you need to add more fields to your report, you may click on Chart button and then select the required field that you want to display in the report.

Im sorry to hear that. It will be a huge task to create all this pages with only two diagrams on each page. Just the first diagram includes 6 questions with 5 possible answers, that gives three pages. All together i will have to create more than 20 pages, one by one. I used Adobes program before they closed it down, and they were able with a single click to create a report that shows all diagrams.

If what you mean is creating separate reports, no that is not the case. You can expand the page to give room on the other charts you are adding. Here's a screencast of how to expand it:

If you want to create more advance charts, I believe you can try downloading the submissions as an excel file. Or you can integrate it to Google Spreadsheet. Using those spreadsheet editor apps, you can create advance or complex charts. Here's a guide from Google Spreadsheet about charts: https://support.google.com/docs/answer/190718?hl=en

    I hope that helps.
