How to add link to download PDF fileAsked by lavin on July 04, 2016 at 06:04 AM
Hi guys, is there any way i can place a link in the form to allow users to download a form which needs to be filled. The file is in a pdf format. Do i need to host the file someplace first? if i do what would be the best option.
Thank you for contacting us. It is possible to add URL links into your forms. If you wish to add a download link, you first need to host the file. I recommend uploading your file into google drive, dropbox, or any other file server.
You can add the HTML TEXT field in your form.
This will enable you to add text into the form. Once you edit the HTML field, you will notice a toolbar. This toolbar will contain a URL Link button. This will enable you to create a LINK to the PDF file you have already uploaded.
Please let us know if this helps.
