How to update payment status to database?

I use FastSpring to Payment. I use feature in Dashboard FastSpring. How i can received status payment to update database?

I am not sure if I have understood your question correctly. Do you want to update the FastSpring payments to update the database? We do not have any fastspring payment tools.
