I am responding to the Answered by victor on June 29, 2016 at 12:19 PM wrt to 'Download your Data'.
We have been trying the 'Download your Data' option and your export engine is stuck on the 30-06-2016 attempt.
I checked the export process and saw some errors in the console. I think these are related:

It's been a week and nobody came back to us ....
