I checked the export process and saw some errors in the console. I think these are related:
I have now forwarded this thread to our developers for further investigation. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.

I just renewed my account for two years .............
Now it seems that you don't take note of our problem.
Its been nearly 4 weeks and and nobody came back to us on this :
We have been trying the 'Download your Data' option and your export engine is stuck on the
