    Export Data: export process is stuck at 24 percent for submissions on June 30, 2016

    I am responding to the Answered by victor on June 29, 2016 at 12:19 PM wrt to 'Download your Data'.

    We have been trying the 'Download your Data' option and your export engine is stuck on the 30-06-2016 attempt.

    Please investigate.

    I checked the export process and saw some errors in the console. I think these are related:

    I have now forwarded this thread to our developers for further investigation. If there are updates, you should know it through this thread.

    I just renewed my account for two years .............

    Now it seems that you don't take note of our problem.

    Its been nearly 4 weeks and and nobody came back to us on this : 

    We have been trying the 'Download your Data' option and your export engine is stuck on the

    30-06-2016 attempt.

    Your new export is ready. Please check your email for provided download links. 

    You can also find your download links at MyAccounts page > Data section > Export wizard
