Form view counts when logged in as user and on preview?

    I have 2 different issues.

When I am using the preview option for my form, it is counting towards my allotted submission. Why is that? I was told that form views are not counted against me if I am in the jotform preview, so why is my 'testing' submission are being counted?

I am having a tough time getting the terms and conditions part of the form to show up in the submission email. It only shows Accepted but nothing else. I tired to add it manually to the form to no avail.

Are you referring to the actual submission count or the form views?

If you make a submission, regardless if it is on preview mode, opening the direct link or other means, as long as the form is submitted, then it counts as a submission.

For the form views, please refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/355-Form-View-Limits-What-is-it-all-about. I believe if you are logged in to your account, and you are viewing the form directly on the same browser, then it won't count as form views. Unless you have viewed the form on a different browser, then that will be counted.

For the other concern that you have, I have opened a separate thread for it. Please refer to this link: https://www.jotform.com/answers/875343. My colleague has already answered your inquiry there.
