Both email address (li**@l****uckcamp.com) and (ma**@***ir.com) is in the bounce list. This is the reason why you're not receiving email notification from JotForm.
I have removed your email from the bounce list. You can now received emails from JotForm. If this happens again follow this guide: How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List
