Hi, I've created a form, quite a long one, and when I click on Email to view what the submitted email will look like there is one label/field combination that is always out of position (ie. not in the order it should be in relation to the other form fields). After I fix it's position using the Email Editor and Save the changes, I go to my test page and submit the form again. The result is always the same -- the label/field results are not in the right location. So I go and recheck the form in the Email Editor and sure enough it's out of order again even though I just "fixed" it.
Very frustrating! Is this a bug?
Thank you,
Paul Harman

I checked your forms, but I was unable to replicate the issue you had.
Could you please provide us with the form ID with which you experienced this problem so we can investigate more?
Also, did you try to recreate your notifier?
Please let us know.
We'll wait for your response.
Thank you!

paulharmanReplied on July 4, 2016 at 8:45 PMHi Nik, the form in question is called Lorneville/Saint John Conference
Registration Form. I've attached a screenshot of what my email submissions
look like -- the problem is that the row "I have arranged to stay locally
with" is supposed to appear right after the LODGING subheading (near the
bottom of the screenshot). Several times I've deleted the row in the Email
Editor and added it manually in the correct place only to have it revert to
the location shown in the screenshot (or thereabouts) each time.
I don't know what "recreate your notifier" means. Can you please explain?
Thanks,
Paul

Hello Paul,
If you have attached an image via email reply, unfortunately the images will not attach here at the forum. You can resubmit your attachment by visiting this link and attaching it here directly: https://www.jotform.com/answers/875371
Anyhow, your email alert contents seems to be altered. You can move the table cells down if you wish via editing the body of your email with using HTML source.
Once the source code contents appear, you can edit the HTML source of your email alert
In any case, if you need further assistance, please do let us know.
Thanks.

I modified the HTML directly. Unfortunately, it is still doing it. The row "I have arranged to stay locally with" gets put in a different position each time I test it.

It looks like there is an issue with the notifier itself on your JotForm. I am able to replicate the issue at my end with the cloned version of your JotForm. However, when I create a new notifier it seems to be working fine. Could you try creating a new notifier and check if that works for you with the modifications?
Let us know if the issue still persists, we will be happy to assist you further. Thank you!

I deleted the Notification and created another one and it seems to be working now. Yay! Thank you,
