Hi My forms are disabled again . I understand that 24/7 your system looks for phishing and this is an automatic type thing but it's a huge inconvenience for me . I am wishing to pay for the service as you can see by my account I have done quite a big of work . I also need this service. I have been building my website which is why I have not paid upgraded. I am afraid when I do upgrade this disabling will continue . All my forms are generally the same structure and I don't plan on abusing your phishing terms or any other terms . Being that all my forms don't abuse this policy , and going of the reassurance of your staff after reviewing my forms the 2 other times this happened , is there a reason why this keeps happening , so I can avoid this problem and not have it continually happen , especially when I launch my site. Please advise thank you .

May I also add, that I seemed to have started having this problem when I added the 'Captcha' field. Could this be an additional reason this keeps happening? I did not have a single problem the entire time I was building every form until then it seems ..... thank you

I have checked your forms and I can see you're using some words that may indicate you're asking for this info although you're not asking for this.
I would suggest you to avoid using words such as pass, password, credit, card, username, since these words may indicate our anti-phishing system you're asking for this info.
I have re-activated your account and you should be able to log in and load your forms fine again, but, please take a look to our terms so you will know what you can and cannot ask in your forms.
