How can I remove the pre-populated text that appears in the enter name text box of the 'contact us' form created?

Asked by on March 26, 2012 at 05:40 PM

    Hi I'm Gladys,

My user name associated with my website is M3ONELINE. The form I'm having trouble with is the contact us form on my website.

I've created a contact form using your model and everything works except, the text box for entering the name has the following text in it: d2lkZ2V0XzI3YnIwMjAwMWxwLmh0bWw= How do it eliminate the this text so visitors to my site do not see it and are able to enter their name.

    Need help.

You can view my issue on the contact us page of the website at www.m3online.org.

    Hello Gladys,

    This is really quite odd.

I don't see any obvious problem with your form.

The one thing that this could be related to is the javascript that is already on your webpage.

A possible solution would be to embed the form with the IFrame embed method. To get that embed code for your form, please follow the steps in this guide.

Are you able to get that code and replace the existing embed code on your webpage?
