    Form Designer: Changes are not being saved

    Having problems with designer

    When saving changes before exit

    icon just keeps spinning and never stop

    have to exit designer with no changes saved

    Please help! been like this a couple of days now

    I tried this on my end but was not able to replicate the issue. I have cleared your form cache. Can you please try and check if it is saving properly now? If the issue still persists, can you provide us what browser and device are you using to edit your form? We do recommend you to use Chrome or Firefox browser in editing your form design.

    Try this form https://form.jotformeu.com/61585088705363 will not make changes in designer

    using google chrome and have deleted my browsing history

    Used your field manager app the other day not sure it that relevant

    I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue you are reporting.

    As per checking the form, there seems to be an error in Javascript that might cause the issue.

    I will escalate the issue to our development so they can further check the issue. Will inform you on this thread any updates to the issue. Regards.
