We too have this issue. There should be no reason why an email would be bounced from our mail server, but sometimes of course things happen that are beyond our control which we may well be unaware of. Adding an email address to the bounce list because it fails once is ridiculous - especially when there's no notification whatsoever.
We've used JotForm for nearly 2 years, with almost 500 submissions to the same email address with no problem and yet in the last month that email address has had to be removed from the bounce list twice and the only way to know it's on there is to attempt to remove it.
As our main use for Jotform is for new business enquiries, which need to be reacted to quickly, we have almost missed out on a number of orders as a result.
A whitelist would be a simple solution. If an email address on the whitelist bounces, rather than block it, you could either send an alert to a backup address or keep trying until it succeeds. If it fails several times over a period of time, then perhaps action needs to be taken and something could be done. If there turns out to be a real problem, you could then provide feedback as to what response was received from the failing address.
