The problem i am having is quite simple to understand. I created a form where none of the fields are required to be filled with that being said you can submit it with empty fields. After the submission is made i get an email notification with only the fields that were filled up which is perfect. The issue is that when i go in submission and edit one of my previous submitted form or i add an edit link that allows me to edit the form after submission of the edited version in my email notification i see all the fields even the empty ones which i don't want. I want to be able after editing a previous submitted form to see only the filled fields in the email notification just as i was submitting a new form.

I have just tested this in a sample form and I can see empty fields are hiding even after editing a submission, here is a screenshot as example:
Could you please provide us more details about how to replicate this?
Please try re-doing the email, remove it and add the email notifier again, if still does not work, please provide us the link to your form, perhaps this is happening only with your form so we need to investigate it.
We will wait for your response.

I have just tested and all the empty fields (textboxes, radio and checkboxes) that were left null did not appear in the notification. As indicated by my colleague, can you try deleting the notification and recreating it again.
Also please try clearing your browsers cache and cookies.
Please let us know if this helps.

I have proceed with all the recommendations given such as deleting the notification and recreating it, erasing the caches and cookies, but the result came did not change. After i go in submissions and edit the new email notification shows all fields hidden ones, empty ones etc....

Sorry for the inconvenience. I have retested the form and noticed that all the empty fields where RICH TEXT AREAS. When testing this fields, the RICH TEXT AREAS are not hidden in the notification. I have tested the normal text area and FULL SCREEN TEXT AREA. they both are hidden in the notification when empty. It seems that the problem is only with the RICH TEXT AREA
I have reported this to our team. As soon as we have any update, we will let you know. In the mean time I would recommend you modify the test are from the RICH TEXT mode to the PLAIN or FULLSCREEN mode.

Any new update on the matter?

Unfortunately, there is no update on the issue. We also can;t give an ETA on when it will get fixed as our team is really busy. They are doing their best to resolve all the ticket they have.
If you require this urgently, I would recommend changing the MODE of the text area from RICH TEXT to either PLAIN or fullscreen. This will mode will hide the text area fields from the notifications.
We will inform you as soon as the issue has been resolved.
