Saying my form is disable

    I've tried enabling and disabling my form and it keeps saying it's unavailable .. please help ?!

    Actually the status of your account was "Auto-suspended". I think possibly it was because of violating any of the terms of JotForm.

    I also found there was a Form in your Trash which was asking about the Password. I think you imported that form from Facebook for testing purpose or for testing the functionality.

    Please do note that adding password to form, is against our terms of use. You can check the terms to below URL:

    http://www.jotform.com/terms/

    As of now, I have deleted that form from your Trash, which was probably the reason of auto suspension. And activated your account. So now, you will be able to check your Form.
