Hi,
I am trying to access my jotform account. I had autosaved my username (CSfranchise) and password, but when I tried to sign in it said my username and password did not match.
I then tried to send a password reset email, but when I put in the email address associated with my account it says that "no user with this email address or username has been found" - franchise@nbdoa.co.za
However, this is the address associated with my account and I have emails from jotform received to this email address for forms submitted.
Please assist me in this regard as I need to access the information submitted on my forms.

This form (https://www.myjotform.com/form/50844029388563) is associated to the user (CSfranchise). The email address associated to this user account is (ab***a@nbdoa.co.za).
Please put the username or email address of the account when you are requesting for a password reset instructions. After that, open the associated email address and follow the reset instructions.
