I'm a travel agent and I created a form to collect my customer's information as well as their payment information, the form was removed because you indicated that payment information couldn't be collected. Can you tell me what I need to do for the customer to be able to submit this information to me as part of the contact information for their trip? I'm not processing the payment just collecting the information to post in the supplier's website. Can a line be added where the customer indicates that they are giving me permission to collect their information to pay for their trip so I can continue to use my form?

Since we cannot ensure that every form is being used to collect data for legitimate purposes, to protect users filling out forms, we do not allow for the collection of credit card details directly through forms.  As per our terms of use:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/8-Terms-of-Use

Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.

If you need to collect this information, I would recommend doing so over the phone or via email.  Adding credit card fields to a form will result in the account being suspended.
