I am not fully understanding your issue. I have just reviewed your account and noticed that you have only one form created. Are you indicating that you are missing a from?

Where or what exactly were you doing at the time you got the "saved to clipboard" message?

And which form are you having this issue on?

I checked your account but I found you have one form that is now in the trashcan.
