Every time I create PDF form, the font changes and some of the formatting is lost.

What can I do to maintain formatting and font when creating a PDF version from an online form?

NOTE: the URL below shows the online version with correct formatting.

I have checked your form and the PDF version too, please do note that some styles are not the same in the web version like the PDF version.

Fonts and other things are set using CSS which can be interpreted only by web browsers, this is why you will notice that some things like fonts, background colors or effects in your forms may not work the same.

Generating a PDF form will generate the file with the basic functionality, only will show fields and the font may be set to default.

This is why you see this in your forms, I have also tried and the same happens with my forms, but the reason is the one explained above.

Please do get back to us if you have more questions, we will be glad to help you.
