I have two forms and on the one I receive feedback routed to my e-mail address every time a form is completed and submitted. On the other form "Forex Training Assessment Test" I see there were 13 submissions but I have not received any of them in my e-mail as with the other form.
Can you please rectify this urgently?

So basically to my current understanding you mean that you aren't receiving the email notifications of new submissions for your assessment form.
Upon investigating this issue I found your problem is because you don't have an email address listed in your recipients to receive those new notifications.
Every time you make a new form you should have your account email address there by default so perhaps you deleted it unintentionally without realizing it.
So to fix it all you have to do is edit the email notification and add in your email address.
