Is there a way to link form submissions between shopify and salesforce?

is there a way to create a link for forms submission in between shopify into salesforce ? For example a contact us form in shopify and once it is filled, it goes into salesforce

To my understanding you mean you want to have a contact us form or other form connected embedded in shopify but also sent to salesforce.

You could just use our salesforce integration with your contact form per say then embed that form into your shopify page.
