How can I turn off sending of empty fields in the autoresponder email?

I've noticed that since you've updated JotForm, there is no longer a feature  in the "preferences" to hide empty fields on emails. Is there a plan to fix this issue? I'm seeing others on the forum asking about this, so I'm sure this feature is missed and needed.

I tried adding "&old" to the URL, and it worked for me, but not my coworker who is having the same issue. And it doesn't seem to be a great solution. Can't you add this option back in to "preferences" in your new design?

I'm not providing a form URL since this question isn't related to any specific form, but a general question that applies to all.

    Thank you.

The empty fields in the form won't be sent in the autoresponder email. That is the default behavior now.

Great! I assume if I'm cloning an existing form I'll need to delete any autoresponder or notification emails that were set up previously and recreate those?

I don't think you will have to do that. You can test the autoresponder and then if you see that it is not working as expected you should try recreating the autoresponder email.
