I see you are having a problem with receiving your form email notifications.
Upon looking into this I found this was because you ended up in our bouncelist so I have removed your email for you.
You can see the reason for this here:
Result: email@example.com is IN the bounce list
Reason(s) : 554 5.7.0 [internal] sending account is NOT active
If you ever have this problem again then just know that you can always use our email tool to check and remove your email address from our bouncelist in the future if needed.
