about notification email

    why i can't receive notification email now ,and my email address is ccp@ccp.net.cn .

    i can receive notification email before i reset email alerts. i need help,thanks!

    Hi,

     

    Can you please log on to https//secure.jotform.com and see if the missing submissions are there?

    Additionally, configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "noreply@jotform.com", respectively. This is just to test out if the problem is with your mail service provider.

    If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your hosting provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:

    174.34.57.214
    174.34.57.216
    174.34.57.218
    174.34.57.219
    208.117.50.251
