I can't open any of the attached files

    I don't know what's going on, but I can't open any of the files that people have uploaded to my forms. I have tried in Chrome, which has always worked for me, and in Edge, but nothing happens. I have tried both .jpg and .docx file types, from a variety of form submissions data.

    Please help!

    Are you referring to this form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/50957486009969? I checked the submission page of the form and I was able to access the attached file on the submission data. To download/access the attached file, just click on the link on the submission page.

    If you want to download the attached file on a specific submission, just right click on the link and Click Save Link As.

    You can also download all the uploads in your form, just click on the Download All Uploads button in the submission page.
