    Do you mean you do not received the forgot password email to the email associated to the account batuta (contato@agenciabatuta.com.br) and you want to change the email of the account to batuta.agencia@gmail.com? If you are not receiving the forgot password email, as per checking, this is because the email (contato@agenciabatuta.com.br) is included on our bounce list.

    I have removed the email from our bounce list. I have also resent the Forgot Password email. According to our logs, the email was sent successfully.
