Do you mean you do not received the forgot password email to the email associated to the account batuta (firstname.lastname@example.org) and you want to change the email of the account to email@example.com? If you are not receiving the forgot password email, as per checking, this is because the email (firstname.lastname@example.org) is included on our bounce list.
I have removed the email from our bounce list. I have also resent the Forgot Password email. According to our logs, the email was sent successfully.
Please try and check again your email email@example.com and see if you have now received the email.
