All forms are "currently unavailable"?

    Hi,

    Today, all of my forms are not down. When I log in and view any of my form, all came back with Error #5xx.

    Is the server down right now? Error page message as shown below:

    JotForm is currently unavailable

    Please try again at a later time.

    The most likely causes: The server is down for maintenance There may be a network problem The site may be experiencing excessive load

    Hello HeadstartGroupLtd,

    I just checked all your forms and I see them loading properly. This is a sample screenshot of the Great Teaching 101 form:

    Can you try clearing your browser's cache or try viewing your forms on another browser and see if the problem persists?

    Hi Jotform Support,

     

    this is happening for all our forms too, something is surely wrong at your end.

    Hello BFD_Rona,

    It might have been a temporary Content Delivery Network issue in your area. There is no recorded downtime on JotForm's servers as per the status found here: http://jotformstatus.com/

    My form is not accessible as well showing the same error. I'm not even inside the US so pretty sure it's not an issue exclusive to a particular users' area. I also tried on my laptop, computer as well as on my mobile phone using different network. Perhaps it's working on the server on your end but certainly not for outside of jotform's network so please test outside of your network and fix issue. Thanks

    Our technical team confirmed that everything is working fine on their end. We can also no longer reproduce the problem. Are you still experiencing issues on your side at this moment?
